Can’t commit to a whole weekend or day? Our specialty events might be right for you! These are low commitment ways to meet some fun people, learn something new, and enjoy yourself!

A few of examples of our different Specialty Events are:

• Sunday Swap (Each participant prepares or creates a set amount of a specific item, enough so that every guest can take one home. Then we display everything nicely, and guests will “shop” at all of the stations, so everyone leaves with handmade goodies, crafts, and trinkets.)

• Crow Party (Guests dress up in their best Crow finery - whatever that means to them! - and bring trinkets to share & trade. We’ll crown a Crow Monarch, vote for the best trinket, figure out our corvid names, and revel in shiny things.)

• Cake Buffet (Inspired by the Cake Picnic, this is a gathering for the love of cake! Each guest brings a cake to share - homemade, store-bought, simple, elegant, rustic, a tried-and-true favorite, or a brand new recipe. There are no rules, just cake (Well. No poison. That is, in fact, a hard and fast rule.) And then - a cake buffet for all!)
